Week 17 Key NFL Trends

Week 17

AT FIRST GLANCE there are games that always look Tasty ATS in many publications as a Bullet trend only to trap upon further review. Since 2006, The Director has cleared the way for you to understand which team has the real ADVANTAGE against the Trend.

KING TRENDS

Coughlin could not have wished for a better last stop for the New York Giants in 2011. Having not lost Straight Up ('SU') in Washington since 2005 in going 4-0 Against the Spread ('ATS') versus the WASHINGTON REDSKINS in their last four matchups, look for an angry Giants defense to feast on a Redskins team that has managed only 10 points per game ('PPG') in their last five head to head matchups. The Giants powering an average of over 30+ PPG in the last three. With both Grossman and McNabb with a 77 rating, and its offensive line allowing 44 sacks this season, it is hard to see how the Redskins offensive line can hold stave off Tuck and Umenyiora.
ADVANTAGE NY GIANTS

Before you question a spread of only three points, you only read through the lines at the last five matchups between the Bills and the NY JETS in New York to see that the Jets have only beaten the Bills at Home once in their last four tries.; the Bills going 4-0 ATS in their run. Having been held to only 13 or less points in all three losses, Jets fans will have to hope that the Bills' Fitzpatrick, whose 81.8 rating is higher than Sanchez, will stumble with turnovers; the Bills arriving with a -12 turnover ratio.
ADVANTAGE BILLS
